EDIT: Submissions are closed! The four other judges and I are now judging the hell out of your entries.
Who wants to do a contest???
I've got BIG prizes to offer this time so if you're interested, keep on reading!
The Prompt
So some of you may have noticed that my webcomic series,
Post-Mortem, is taking HELLA long to update. This was actually because commissions were taking up most of my free drawing time, but LET'S PRETEND THAT WASN'T THE CASE FOR A SECOND
So... what if something else had happened instead that prevented the comic from being updated? This is where you come in.
Draw what you think could have happened that prevented the comic from being updated. There could be all sorts of possibilities, from Thaxter and Grimm (the main characters) being kidnapped by the Russian mafia to =
medli20's arms falling off and taking ages to grow back. It's all up to you; get creative!

Every contest needs a set of rules. Here are some guidelines to follow! (I may add things if I've missed anything)

This goes without saying, but your entry MUST follow the prompt. If it's not glaringly obvious what's happening in the picture, a description in the artist's comments of your deviation would be helpful.

Please submit your entry as a deviation by note or as a link in the comments.

Your entry must be new and submitted AFTER this journal is submitted. Time-traveling is cheating and will be disqualified. Also, please don't reuse an old deviation.

You may enter up to
two times if you wish, but only one of those entries will be able to win.

Literature submissions will not be admitted. I realize that literature is a valid artform and that it takes a lot of skill to be able to write a decent piece of literature, but I feel that it would be very difficult to judge a literature submission against a more visual submission.

Please do not bribe the judges!

Yes, you may use your OCs!

Judging
Normally when I do judging, I just let anyone who wants to vote for their favorite entries, but that allows for a lot that can go wrong. (Miscounted votes, people rallying their watchers to vote for them, etc) To avoid that, I'll be looking for a small group of people who are willing to be judges for this contest.
I won't be able to offer any point incentives for people who want to judge (my points will all be gone by the time I've given them to the winners), but
I will be able to make FREE animated pixel dolls (similar to Dakota in the sidebar to the left) for those who are able and willing to judge. These will be done when the judging process has ended.

If you would like to judge, please be sure that you will be able and willing to vote in a non-biased manner anywhere between the times of December 20th to December 27th.
Judges will not be able to submit entries to the contest.
Judging will be comprised of selecting a handful of favorite entries and rating them on a scale of 1-10.
I will take up to FOUR judges, listed below.

SoPiOsDrEaM4. *
Ceata88Misc.
I think that about covers it! If you've got any questions, please feel free to shoot them my way.
