Hmm.. i can draw pixel pic on Paint Tool Sai? And how/what size is good to do pixel art? Probably. I've never used Paint Tool Sai, but after doing a quick search on dA, it seems that you can do it: [link]
Any size is good for doing pixel art, but I'd recommend using a small canvas for starters. 150x150 pixels or smaller is a good starting point, though I personally started with 50x50 pixels. Smaller canvases are nice because you don't have to worry about filling in so much detail pixel-by-pixel. Also, if you're just starting out with pixel art, I'd recommend that you just do a pixel trace of a pre-existing picture. Good luck! -- while wearing a G-string. Read my crappy comic.
