I took this photograph way back in April 2010, when my high school marine ecology class took a field trip to Sea World. I don't know what it is about this photograph, but I really like the way it turned out. Heck, I don't even do all that much photography (that's something *SpiritedFang is much better at doing than I am, lol), but... yeah. I just really, really like this photo.
So, yeah, I figured I'd upload it as a stock photo, since it's a relatively big picture and the background is simple and monotone enough. The legs are cut off, which is a bit of a shame, but I wasn't really expecting to upload it as a stock photo or anything.
Feel free to use this in photomanipulations, as reference, or whatever. I just want to see some creativity or utility put into anything that's made using this-- not just tone shifts or stuff like that. Please ask me before re-uploading this on another stock-based website; I want this to be a free resource; not a paid one.
Credit would be nice if this is used in anything, and commercial use is ok, as long as you actually utilize it in a creative fashion, and not just selling it as a print on its own or something. And of course, send me a link if you use this in anything; I'd love to see your work.
Ooh, gosh, I just love this! It reminds me of one of my favorite books when I was a kid. *tear* I've never been to SeaWorld; if you don't mind me asking, how was it? I've always wanted to go.
Also, since I've never commented on your pictures before (at least, I don't think so... I have the memory of a goldfish...), I just wanted to tell you that you're my art idol. Someday, I want to be able to be at least half as talented as you are. Your pixel art is incredible, and thank you for making me still want to draw.
Sea World is pretty cool-- from what I remember, it's mostly like an aquarium with sharks and rays and whatnot, but there are zoo elements that display some more terrestrial animals like otters and flamingos mixed in with it, too. There's also the roller coasters and the Shamu show of course, but I've never bothered to explore those areas of the park so I don't know what they're like. xD;
But holy shit, thank you, that really means a lot to me! I just don't know what to say; this is the first time I've ever heard such kind words about my work; I just really don't know what to say ;u;
COME HERE AND LET ME LOVE YOU, YOU WONDERFUL PERSON.
