This is just out of random curiousity ^^ but how long does it normally take you to do one of these pixel art peices? I just don't know alot about pixel art but it seems interesting and its something i would like to try one day if i can figure out how to do it!

Maybe 2-3 hours? It really depends on the complexity of the design.
