If you don't know who he is, you probably haven't watched Crayon Shin-chan, which is an AMAZING, yet inappropriate (by America's standards) that I grew up watching in my days of youth. *sparklesparkle* Why am I talking like a nostalgic old man? Anyway, if you're unfamiliar with the series, you can view half of an episode here: [link] As far as dubbing goes, I think they did a really good job of translating the general feel of the anime without losing any of the meaning or clarity.
